Mr. Eilers is the founder and majority owner of Eilers & Krejcik Gaming. He has over 17 years of market research and consulting experience primarily covering the land-based gaming equipment and technology sector within the global casino gaming industry. He is a pioneer in gaming industry developing multiple data driven market research products that monitor both slot machine purchasing trends and game performance. Prior to founding Eilers & Krejcik Gaming, LLC, Mr. Eilers was a sell-side equity analyst at ROTH Capital Partners for 10 years. In 2011 he was ranked the #1 stock picker for the Hotel & Leisure sector according to the 2012 Financial Times / StarMine Awards. Mr. Eilers’ market research is frequently cited by the gaming industry’s leading casino operators and suppliers along with various news and media outlets Prior to joining ROTH, Mr. Eilers was an acquisitions program manager in the United States Air Force. Adam Krejcik

Adam Krejcik is a Principal and Head of Sports Betting & Digital Verticals at Eilers & Krejcik Gaming, LLC where follows the digital & interactive gaming industry. Mr. Krejcik has over a decade of market and equity research experience primarily covering the global interactive entertainment industry. He’s appeared on CNBC, CCTV, BNN, and is a frequent guest speaker at industry conferences. In 2015 Mr. Krejcik was recognized as one of the top “40 under 40” by Global Gaming Business Magazine and in 2016 he was featured as one of the “25 People to Watch” by GGB. Mr. Krejcik started his career at Banc of America Securities where he helped cover the video game industry and was most recently a Sr. Research Analyst at ROTH Capital Partners, where he was a recipient of the Financial Times / StarMine earnings accuracy award for three consecutive years. Mr. Krejcik also serves as a trustee of the International Association of Gaming Advisors (IAGA).

Chris Grove

Chris Grove is Partner Emeritus and strategic advisor to Eilers & Krejcik Gaming. Grove is currently the CEO of American Affiliate which is owned by FansUnite Entertainment Inc. (CSE: FANS). Prior to starting American Affiliate, Grove was a partner at Eilers & Krejcik Gaming, LLC and founded the firm’s Sports & Emerging Verticals market research and consulting practice. Before joining EKG, Chris co-founded Play USA Media and LegalSportsReport.com, which were acquired by Catena Media in 2017. Grove is a nationally recognized subject matter expert on the subject of the U.S. regulated sports betting landscape. DJ Leary

Director of Business Development

Mr. Leary has been the Director of Business Development since 2017 and worked with the firm since 2014. DJ has spear-headed our business development efforts to expand our syndicated research and helped lead the growth into strategic and advisory services to government and corporate clients. Prior to joining the firm, he had over 13 years in the investment industry, focusing on institutional sales & trading as well as raising capital. Before joining Eilers & Krejcik Gaming, DJ was Senior Vice President of Institutional Sales at New Albion Partners, a boutique broker/dealer focused on macro strategy research and derivative strategy and execution. Before New Albion, DJ was Managing Director of Brookline Group, a boutique broker/dealer focused on institutional sales and trade execution. He began his Institutional Sales & Trading career at Roth Capital in Newport Beach and was with Roth until 2012. Mr. Leary graduated from the United States Air Force Academy with a B.S. in Human Factors Engineering and earned an M.B.A from Loyola Marymount University in 2003.

Chris Krafcik

Chris Krafcik is Managing Director of the firm's Sports Betting & Emerging Verticals practice, where he oversees production of its widely cited syndicated research, runs strategic consulting engagements, and manages its analyst team and day-to-day operations. Phil Bernard

Phil Bernard joined Eilers Research, LLC in April 2014 as an Associate. Mr. Bernard has a diverse background including over 5 years of management experience within the entertainment and real estate industries. Prior to joining Eilers Research, Mr. Bernard held various management positions within The Walt Disney Company. Prior to joining Disney, Mr. Bernard was a budget analyst for California Real Estate Receiverships. During his undergraduate studies Mr. Bernard was a Budget Analyst for California Real Estate Receiverships. Mr. Bernard also earned his MBA from UC Irvine and graduated with honors in the top 10% of his class.

Matt Kaufman

Managing Director, Digital & Interactive

Matt Kaufman is Managing Director, Digital & Interactive at Eilers & Krejcik Gaming. Matt Kaufman left Wall Street in 2011 to play poker professionally. Since, he’s utilized his business background and professional gambling experience to take on roles at companies including PokerStrategy.com and Z4 Poker. Today, Matt is a partner at Media Techs, an online casino affiliate firm. He also owns MK14, a consultancy focused on product design and marketing of casino games.

Rick Eckert

Managing Director - Slot Performance & Analytics

Has an extensive background in the gaming industry having held management-level positions at tribal and commercial casinos in Michigan and across the Las Vegas Strip. Prior to joining EKG, Mr. Eckert worked at Wynn Resorts as Manager of Slot Administration, Analytics, and Operations, where he was recognized as “Manager of the Year” in 2016. Mr. Eckert previously worked for MGM Resorts International as a Slot Analyst at Luxor, Excalibur, and then Bellagio upon completing the company’s leadership development program, MAP. Mr. Eckert earned his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University while simultaneously completing a career development program at FireKeepers Casino and leading the student-run charity casino, “Vegas Night”.

Alun Bowden

SVP, Strategic Insight

Alun Bowden is SVP, Strategic Insight in the firm’s Sports Betting & Emerging Verticals practice. He provides insight and strategic advice both to EKG’s product and syndicated research teams and to clients on a range of consultancy projects. Based in the UK, his deep sector knowledge of online gambling in Europe and the US allows him to provide both macro and granular analysis on product, tech, marketing, operational issues, and market dynamics. Tatum Welch is Marketing Director at Eilers & Krejcik Gaming. Tatum has an extensive marketing background having been Marketing and Events coordinator at Roth Capital Partners where she coordinated from start to finish business conferences and large-scale events. She later became Marketing Manager at Intracorp Homes where she managed social media, vendor relations, sponsorship, budget management, social media and all event logistics. Tatum graduated from University of Oregon with a BA in International Relations and Business Communications.

Jerry Rau

Managing Director of Operational Effectiveness and Payments Group

Jerry Rau is Managing Director of Operational Effectiveness and Payments Group at Eilers & Krejcik Gaming, LLC and joined the firm in March 2020. Prior to joining Eilers & Krejcik Gaming, Mr. Rau owned his own consulting firm, Rau Consulting. While at Rau Consulting, Jerry provided electronic money movement operational guidance to some of the largest online gaming and sports betting companies in the world. Prior to starting his own firm, Mr. Rau served as the Vice President of Money Movement Operations for Fidelity National Information Services (FIS). Mr. Rau has also been contributing electronic payments content to the Eilers & Krejcik Gaming, LLC’s monthly iGaming tracker since 2017.

Becca Giden

Becca Giden is Director of Policy of the firm’s Sports Betting & Emerging Verticals practice, where she performs legislative tracking, economic modeling, and market performance tracking and analysis. Allen Ambrogio

Director of Operational Effectiveness and Payments Group

Allen Ambrogio is the Director of Operational Effectiveness and Payments Group at Eilers & Krejcik Gaming. Allen has held numerous leadership and executive positions at online gaming operators in the last 5 years. Most recently, Allen oversaw the day-to-day operations as Director of Operations at Tipico Sportsbook North America. Specializing in online payments and money movements, Allen has used his skill and expertise to help launch multiple Sportsbooks in different jurisdictions in North America. Allen has extensive experience and knowledge in the Fraud and Payments industry working specifically with startups. He has worked with multiple e-commerce merchants in top-level roles to minimize risk while maximizing revenue. Allen is a member of the 40 Under 40 Emerging Leaders in Gaming- 2020.

Pat Johnson

Pat Johnson is a consultant that works with Eilers & Krejcik Gaming in our Operational Effectiveness and Payments Group. Pat is a seasoned project management professional with experience in financial services, information technology and gaming. Pat’s technical certifications include Six Sigma Black Belt, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), and Project Management Professional (PMP).

Tim Petersen

Consultant, Operational Effectiveness and Payments Group

Tim Petersen is a consultant that works with Eilers & Krejcik Gaming in our Operational Effectiveness and Payments Group. Tim is an industry veteran in both the payments and casino sectors. Prior to Eilers & Krejcik Gaming, he was a Business Relationship Manager for Global Payments, one of the leading payment providers in both online and land-based gaming. In that role, he worked with many of the online operators implementing and servicing Global Payments products. Prior to that he was a casino services manager at Pinnacle with oversight of the cage and kiosk operations.

Jimmy Neilly

Project Manager, Sports Betting & Emerging Verticals

Jimmy Neilly is a San Francisco-based project manager with Eilers & Krejcik Gaming. A graduate of University of Minnesota, Jimmy previously worked in content and project management for an international media conglomerate. He also has experience in product management from organizing and operating a portfolio of recreational sports leagues in the Bay Area. His communications expertise and project management experience will provide valuable support to the Sports & Emerging Verticals team.

Daniel McCarthy

Daniel McCarthy is a research analyst at Eilers and Krejcik Gaming. He is a recent graduate of Grand Valley State University in Michigan, where he studied Environmental Resource and Sports Economics. Malyssa the Manager of Slot Performance & Analytics. Before joining Eilers & Krejcik Gaming, Malyssa worked at MGM Resorts International as a Slot Data Analyst assisting in the optimization of their domestic properties. Prior to MGM resorts, she held several slot analytics and administrative roles at a tribal casino in Washington State. Malyssa holds a Bachelor’s in International Business from Boise State University, Idaho.

Amy Kim

Amy Kim is an Analyst at Eilers & Krejcik Gaming. She is a recent graduate from the University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics with an emphasis in Economics. Amy has developed her insights and experience having lived in Korea, Taiwan, UAE, and the Bay Area. Prior to joining Eilers and Krejcik Gaming, she won competitions as well as completed projects related but not limited to statistical analysis of the actuarial field.

Tim Jablonski is a Business Intelligence & Analytics Consultant at Eilers & Krejcik Gaming. Prior to joining Eilers & Krejcik Gaming, Tim spent 4 years in various data and analytics positions with online operators. Most recently, Tim spent 2 years as the lead business intelligence analyst helping Tipico Sportsbook North America, guiding the data team through the successful regulatory approval process, and helping launch and grow Tipico’s US business. Tim has extensive experience helping teams across sportsbook and casino operators maximize their ability to make smarter, data-driven decisions. He has worked closely with operators to identify key performance indicators, design and implement dashboards and reporting systems, and provide actionable insights to drive revenue growth, customer engagement, and risk management.

Andrew Moreno

Andrew Moreno is a Consultant with the Operational Effectiveness and Payments Group at Eilers and Krejcik Gaming. Prior to joining, Andrew worked as the Senior Director of Regulatory Operations at Pointsbet, specializing in government affairs and new state launches. Prior to Pointsbet he held positions within Compliance verticals at a number of Wall Street Banks such as Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank, where he conducted enterprise-wide risk assessments in addition to providing Fixed Income compliance guidance on the trading floor. Jace Standley is an Analyst at Eilers & Krejcik Gaming. With a background in Sports Science/Technology, he brings a unique analytical perspective to EKG while providing support to the firm's sports betting and casino market research. Jared holds the role of Senior Analyst at Eilers & Krejcik Gaming with over 12 years of Gaming experience in the Colorado and Northern Nevada markets. Prior to joining EKG, he worked as a Table Games Manager for Penn Gaming at the Ameristar in Black Hawk, CO and then as a Revenue Audit Analyst for Caesars at the Horseshoe. Most recently, Jared worked as the Corporate Gaming Operations Analyst at Jacobs Entertainment where he developed business intelligence tools to increase efficiencies and revenues throughout both slot and table games sectors. He has substantial experience in helping casino executives make logical, data driven decisions to improve operations, table games mix, slot purchases, conversions, and lease profile performance. Jared graduated Magna Cum Laude from Metropolitan State University Denver with a bachelor’s degree in finance.
