2Q25 iLottery gross sales (wagers) increased +10% y/y and +2% q/q to $3.1 billion. The increase was driven by eInstant growth as well as new market contributions, which was partially offset by a decline in Draw sales. eInstant sales increased +13% y/y and +2% q/q to $2.8 billion and Draw games declined -10% y/y and -4% q/q to $335 million. eInstant sales increased in most available markets, though growth rates have decelerated considerably versus the high-double-digit growth observed in CY24. The deceleration is due to a combination of lack of large market launches, maturing market growth across many markets as penetration moderates, less cross-over play from multi-state Draw games, and possibly increased macro-economic headwinds. Draw sales were impacted by weaker multi-state JP activity y/y and q/q.
