3Q25 iLottery gross sales (wagers) increased +19% y/y and +7% q/q to $3.3 billion. The increase was driven by eInstant growth and new market contributions as well as an increase in Draw sales. eInstant sales increased +18% y/y and +4% q/q to $2.9 billion and Draw games increased +25% y/y and +34% q/q to $448 million. eInstant sales increased in most available markets and growth accelerated sequentially, but still remained below the mid-double-digit growth levels observed in CY24. Growthreflected stronger market penetration, increased cross-over play from multi-state Draw games, and a potentially more favorable macroeconomic backdrop. Draw sales increased due to strong multi-state JP activity y/y and q/q, including 4x +$1 billion jackpot drawings.

In 2Q26, total U.S. lottery sales increased +1% y/y and +1% q/q to $26.4 billion across the 46 U.S. jurisdictions we track in our report. Instant Tickets sales increased +1% y/y and +1% q/q to $19.0 billion with growth driven by iLottery sales. Retail Instant Ticket sales declined -1% y/y but increased +1% q/q, which was modestly ahead of the average trend of relative stable sales q/q in 2Q.
