We define revenue as total wagers less payouts and call it Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR) and this can also be referred to as total gambling spend by consumers. The individual market segments included in the report are the following: Casino Gaming, Lottery, Charitable Gaming, Sports betting, Racing, and Charitable Gaming. We also further segment the data between retail and online for each category. We do not include Social Casino, Sweepstakes Casino, or Skill based gaming in our analysis.
