Based on reported figures and our own proprietary research, we estimate that total U.S. & Canada slot machine sales decreased -7% y/y to ~21,800 total games sold in 1Q24. Total sales were impacted by a decline from expansionary shipments while replacement sales were in-line with the prior year; we estimate expansionary sales decreased -48% y/y and replacement sales were flat y/y. This was in-line with pre-COVID 1Q19 levels; replacement sales were +20% above 1Q19 figures while expansionary sales were -65% below 1Q19.
