U.S. consumers spent $166 billion on gambling activities in 2023 increasing +6.7% y/y. Casinos captured 62% of the pie, followed by Lottery at 23%, then Sports betting (7%), Distributed Gaming/Route Ops (5%), Charity (2%), and Racing (1%). The online channel including online casino, poker, sports betting, iLottery, and parimutuel ADW represented 12% of the total vs. 9% the prior year. And we continue to observe no cannibalization to retail GGR from the emergence of online channels.
